A prestigious baseball publication has graded two local prep baseball players as among the best in the Class of 2028.
John Curtis Paul Dufrene and E.D. White standout Carter Falgoust – both pitchers – landed on the Top 10 list in Prep Baseball LA’s 2028 Louisiana Rankings.
Dufrene, a righty, is No. 4 on the Top 10 list.
Falgoust, a lefty is No. 7 on the list.
Both players are going to be sophomores this season and major impact players for the rest of their prep careers – both at winning programs that have a history of having big-time success.
The No. 1 ranked player in the Class of 2028, according to Prep Baseball LA is Sam Houston righty Brock Blessington.
