A Houma native and former CCA standout is going to be continuing his collegiate career at LSU-Alexandria.

CCA graduate Carter Fabre announced that he’s committed to LSU-Alexandria, giving the Generals a big arm with local flare.

Fabre started his collegiate career with Louisiana Christian, then spent last season with Lurleen B. Wallace Community College, pitching 16.0 innings.

With LSU-Alexandria, he will add depth to a Generals team that is hoping to continue to build. LSU-Alexandria went 22-23 this past season. In addition to Fabre, they also got a commitment from South Lafourche pitcher and former Delgado arm Josh Pierce in this recruiting cycle.
