The LSU football team kept adding to their 2025 recruiting class on Saturday, picking up a commitment from a 3-star in-state defensive back.

Ruston cornerback Aidan Anding committed to the Tigers today, choosing LSU over heated pursuit from Texas. The standout also had a laundry list of offers from some of the other top programs in the country.

Anding is a 5-foot, 11-inch, 165-pound defensive back. He is a 3-star prospect, according to 247 Sports, but he is listed as the No. 13 player in the state.

In Anding, LSU adds more beef to a loaded defensive back group being hauled in by defensive backs coach Corey Raymond in his return to LSU.

The Tigers have 5 DB’s committed in this 25-person class.
