A CCA standout athlete was given a prestigious honor this week, being recognized as the Enterprise Scholar Athlete of the Week.
Carey is a standout basketball player for the Lions – a multi-year starter who is one of the top players in our area. She is a lead guard for the team who has the ability to score and make plays from all three levels, while also serving as a quality defender.
By being the Enterprise Scholar Athlete of the Week, Carey was awarded $500 and was given the opportunity to have sideline passes for the Saints’ game with the Eagles earlier this season.
