A Vandebilt Catholic volleyball standout made it official on Tuesday, signing her National Letter of Intent to continue her career with McNeese State University.
Outside hitter Neal Grace Berry signed her NLI at a ceremony on campus attended by teammates, coaches, family and friends.
Berry is a multi-year standout with the Terriers who unquestionably was one of the top players in our area. She told By-U Sports earlier this season that she chose McNeese because she loved the school’s coaches and loved the professors and advisors that she was able to meet during her visits to campus.
She said that her recruiting process was stressful, but she was grateful to have a home to play at the next level.
Berry was a big part of a Vandebilt program that has played in so many big matches throughout her career, including several this season when the Terriers won the District Championship and then made it to the Cajundome in Division III.
