One of the best football players in the history of Vandebilt Catholic’s football program is off to the next level.
Terriers’ running back Jaylon Coleman made it official today, signing with Liberty, the school that he had committed to earlier this season.
Coleman is a 4-star running back who chose Liberty after fielding interest from several schools around the country throughout a multi-year recruitment.
Coleman is a 4-year starter at Vandebilt who had one of the most accomplished careers in school history.
He is a multi-time 1,000-yard rusher and became the leading rusher in Vandebilt history.
Coleman said he chose Liberty after building a strong relationship with the coaching staff. He said he feels at home with the people in the program.
