A strong pitching performance from a standout arm capped a highly successful weekend for the Warriors.
Henry Pertuit tossed a no-hitter this weekend for Houma Christian in their 5-0 win over Morgan City. Pertuit had total command throughout the game, keeping the Tigers off balance and without a base hit.
The Warriors have been dominant on the mound recently with Pertuit one of several quality arms on the team.
Outside of a 14-0 loss to Thibodaux, Houma Christian has allowed just 10 runs in their other 6 games combined, including 3 shutouts.
The Warriors will try and stay hot tomorrow when they again face Morgan City.
