4 E.D. White seniors sign National Letters of Intent to continue careers
Four E.D. White student-athletes are headed to the next level to continue their athletic careers.
The school held an athletic signing ceremony on Friday for four senior student-athletes who have excelled enough to take their talents to the next level.
All four student-athletes are going to in-state schools with three of the four committing to stay home and compete at Nicholls State University.
E.D. White has arguably the most successful prep athletic department top-to-bottom in our area with successful teams and players across the full athletic spectrum.

Congratulations to Logan Denning on signing a track and field scholarship to Nicholls. Logan is a javelin thrower at E.D. White.Congratulations to Benjamin Rodrigue on signing a track and field scholarship to Nicholls. Ben is a multi-sport standout at E.D. White. He is signing to compete in track at Nicholls where he is an elite triple jumper.Congratulations to Emily Cortez, who is signing a National Letter of Intent to continue her playing career at Centenary College. Cortez was a multi-year starting post player for E.D. White and was a great talent, helping the Cardinals have 20+ win seasons and postseason runs.Congratulations to Addison Prince for signing a National Letter of Intent to join the Nicholls Cheer Squad. The Colonels have been signing competitors in recent years and Addison will continue her cheer career at home with Nicholls.
