A local arm has found his collegiate home.
Terrebonne standout Landon English announced he is headed to Southeast Arkansas – where he will be playing his college baseball to begin his career.
English is a righty who isn’t overpowering, but who throws strikes and has a lot of movement. He was one of the more consistent arms for Terrebonne this past season and also in our local 5A district.
With Southeast Arkansas, English will be looking to get bigger and stronger and take advantage of the new NCAA rules which allow JUCO players to transfer to 4-year universities and keep all of their eligibility
English is regarded by coaches and teammates as a solid kid, a hard worker and a guy who deserves the accolades who come his way.
