Berwick is headed to the Cajundome. The ninth-seeded Panthers swept No. 8 Madison Prep 3-0 on Friday in the Division III regional round of the LHSAA volleyball playoffs.

Set scores were 25-17, 25-18, 25-22. Berwick controlled the first two sets, then held off a tighter challenge in the third to close out the match and punch its ticket to Lafayette.

The win followed Berwick’s 3-0 sweep of Breaux Bridge in the bi-district round earlier in the week, giving the Panthers back-to-back playoff sweeps.
